As a nurse approaches her patient on an hospital bed, a male patient is semi-conscious and wearing a neck brace and blue hospital gown. The nurse checks his pulse with a stethoscope. After that, she abruptly removes her stethoscope, and lab coat, revealing a black bodysuit, high heels, and stockings underneath.
Next, the nurse-turned-mistress climbs onto the bed and straddles the patient while maintaining eye contact. She applies a straddle pin on him for several seconds as he struggles to escape.
